Most of our customers prefer personal contact directly with someone they know they can rely on. That's why you will not find a generic online order form on our website! We would rather take your orders personally by email, fax or phone - at your convenience.

In addition to our location in Aalsmeer (NL), we also have a separate home office to be able to provide more personal and efficient service - even during evening hours.

• Every week we send a pricelist with up-to-date information regarding product and price expectations;
• If desired, we also provide a personalized price sheet;
• We take your order personally by phone, fax or email;
• After buying, packing and shipping we send you a personal conformation with all order details;
• Long-time experience with specialized brokers and transport companies enable us to guarantee excellent, fast but cost-effective transportation by air or truck, within Europe and overseas.

Our service - flowers with a personal touch

It is our belief we best serve the needs of our customers through service, attention and knowledge. We are always on the lookout for something special and exclusive. It's the quality not the quantity of flowers you order that counts!

To best achieve this we have a customer-oriented purchasing and handling approach. Fresh flowers and plants go directly from our hands into yours. We provide personal attention for both customers and flowers. We only deal in fresh flowers, no stock.

We offer friendly and reliable service. Our company is our passion - therefore there are no strict office hours - Jacob's Trading is also available during the evening hours.

• If we can't find the required quality flowers - or that special item - on the auction clock, we source directly from growers;
• Sourcing of all your supply needs - including arrangement and decoration materials;
• Providing up to date product and trend information by means of digital photographs, catalogues, posters and samples;
• Specialized in flowers for special events such as weddings and parties.
